The Traditional Meat Company is a family business based in Farley, Wiltshire. All the beef produced comes from the family farm - Parsonage Farm.
The Parsons have been farming the land at Parsonage farm almost since records began! Today the farm is a mixed arable and livestock farm run by father of three daughters David Parsons.
Jo the youngest daughter of the Parsons family with her husband Robin set-up The Traditional Meat Company back in 2009 supplying the Beef produced on the farm, but has since grown supply the excellent quality Free Range Pork, Chicken and Venison when in season.
The Traditional Meat Company is based from the family run Parsonsage Farm in Farley, just outside the historic city of Salisbury. We have our own processing and hanging facility and specialise in dry aging. We supply to some of the South West's Best Restaurants and Dining Pubs, as well as direct to consumers via online, farmers market and events. We have won numerous awards, both regionally and nationally.
Everything is butchered to order and delivered locally by our refrigerated vans or nationwide via overnight courier in insulated boxes.
